1. Introduction & Roles
Central Search Ltd (trading as "Solar Appointment Recovery") is a UK company registered in England and Wales. When acting on behalf of solar installation clients, we act as a Data Processor under UK GDPR, processing lead databases provided by the client (the Data Controller).
2. Lawful Basis & Compliance
We process data under legitimate business interests and explicit contractual agreements with our commercial clients. Before conducting telephone outreach, all numbers are checked against the UK Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and Corporate TPS registers to ensure strict compliance.
3. Data Retention & Security
Client records are stored securely with enterprise-level encryption and restricted access. Data is strictly held only for the duration of the agreed recovery campaign and deleted within 30 days of campaign report handover.
